NISM Preparation Terms

VIA Capital is an independent education platform. It is not the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM), is not the official NISM examination portal, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of NISM or SEBI.

The official NISM certification examinations, registration, fees, results and certificates are handled only by NISM through nism.ac.in. Any fee you pay VIA Capital is for VIA Capital's preparation service only and does not include or replace the official NISM exam fee.

Chapter tests, Beginner, Moderate, Advanced and Mixed mock tests and the final practice exam are VIA Capital practice tools. Their questions, timing and scoring are designed to resemble the official format for each series but are not the official NISM question paper.

A score, pass result or "VIA Capital Certificate of Completion" from these practice tests is not an NISM certification and must not be presented as one. No result on VIA Capital guarantees a pass in the official examination.

A NISM series pass is a one-time payment for digital access to that series for the period and price shown before payment. It does not auto-renew.

Access starts only after the payment provider (Razorpay) confirms the payment on our server. It cannot be started, extended or changed from the browser. The pass includes the mock tests, chapter tests and one final practice exam attempt shown on the series page. Reading progress stays saved after access ends.

Once a verified payment activates a NISM pass, the fee is normally non-refundable, because access to the tests starts immediately. You may request a refund in these cases:

• You were charged twice for the same pass, or charged a different amount from the price shown.
• Payment was taken but access was not activated within 24 hours, and our team could not activate it after you contacted us.
• A verified technical fault on VIA Capital (not your device or internet connection) stopped you from using the mock tests or final practice exam, and we could not fix it or restore the attempt within 7 days of your report.
• The payment was not made by you or with your permission.

Refunds are not given for change of mind, not using the pass before it expires, your score or result, or tests already started (each test is used once started). Requests must be raised within 7 days of payment, or of the reported fault, through the Contact page with your payment ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days after approval. Our general Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to anything not covered here.

Practice questions and explanations on VIA Capital are prepared and managed by VIA Capital, based on the public NISM syllabus. Copying, scraping, downloading or redistributing the question bank or tests is not permitted.

Study PDFs linked from series pages remain the property of their publishers (for official workbooks, NISM). VIA Capital links to them for reading only and claims no ownership.

If you believe a question, answer or explanation is wrong, use the Report question button inside any test. Choose the reason (incorrect answer, typo, incorrect explanation, ambiguous question, technical issue or other). Reports are reviewed by VIA Capital and corrected questions are updated for all students.

We store your name, email, series progress, test attempts, scores and payment references to run your account. Only you and VIA Capital administrators can see them. See our Privacy Policy. We never store card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs.

Email viacapitalofficial@gmail.com from your registered email with your series, payment date and payment reference. Never send passwords or one-time codes. These terms sit alongside our Terms & Conditions and Risk Disclosure.
