VIA Capital ("we", "us", or "our") is an independent financial education platform operated by Viacapital Finance. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your personal information when you use our website (viacapital.space).

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a transparent relationship. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

What works without an account

Most of the website — lessons, calculators, the IPO centre, news and the tax hub — works without signing in. A read-only simulator preview may also be available. Preferences such as quiz progress, language choice and popup dismissals can be stored on your own device in browser storage. A signed-in account is required for personal simulator plans, virtual wallets, orders and trading history.

What we store when you create an account

If you register, we store your email address, the profile details you enter (name, city, phone if you add it), your learning progress and any messages you exchange through VIA Wealth Connect. Advisors additionally submit professional details and certificate documents for verification. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.

Website analytics

We measure how many people visit each page, on which type of device, and the broad region the request came from, so we can improve the site. We do not store IP addresses, names or email addresses against these measurements, and we do not sell or share this data. Google Analytics may also run on the site for aggregate reporting; you can block it with any standard browser or extension setting.

Notifications and emails

If you opt in to daily reminders or browser push notifications, we store the notification token your browser generates so we can deliver them. Account emails (verification codes, password resets, conversation alerts) are sent from notify.viacapital.space. You can unsubscribe or revoke notification permission at any time from your browser or device settings.

Payments

When you buy a simulator plan, payment is completed through the payment provider shown at checkout. VIA Capital records the order reference, plan, amount and payment status needed to activate access and provide support. Sensitive card, bank and UPI authentication details are entered with the payment provider and are not displayed to VIA Capital. Third-party data

Market prices, IPO details, grey market premium indications and news headlines are fetched from public third-party sources purely for display. We do not send your personal information to those providers. Links to brokers, courses or books may be referral links; clicking them takes you to that company's own site, governed by their privacy policy.

Retention, security and your rights

We keep account data for as long as your account exists, and verification documents for as long as an advisor listing is active. Data is stored on managed infrastructure with access restricted to the platform owner. You can ask us to correct or permanently delete your account and associated data by writing to viacapitalofficial@gmail.com; we action such requests within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.

Children

The platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has registered, write to us and we will remove the account.
