Questions institutes ask
How do we get a login?
Institute logins are created only by VIA Capital. Contact us and we'll set up your account, referral code and commission terms.
Is any real money traded?
No. The simulator uses live market prices with virtual money only. It never places real orders.
What can we see about students?
Only students who joined through your link: their practice activity, plan and subscription. Emails are partly hidden and you can't trade on their behalf.
How does the institute commission work?
Your institute earns an agreed percentage of every confirmed plan payment made by students who joined through your link. The rate is agreed with VIA Capital when we create your login, shown in your portal, and paid out by VIA Capital.
Can an institute close a student's trade?
Yes, only for practice positions of your own active students, at the live price and with a reason. The student is notified and the order is marked as closed by the institute.
Can students leave?
Yes. You can pause or remove a student from your institute at any time; they keep their own account.
